(1) Generally, the license shall become invalid with the payment of acceptance period.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in these rules, the Government of Nepal may change the term and time of any license or suspend or cancel the license, even without explanation as it deems timely or necessary.
(3) Notice of such alteration, postponement or cancellation shall be given to the concerned person at least 24 hours before the regular performance.
(4) Licenses that have been inactive or suspended due to natural or extraordinary circumstances or deemed timely or necessary by the Government of Nepal shall not be reinstated in any way for the suspension period.
